Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Yello Bello, our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, ensuring that our high-quality custom 3D products reach you safely and efficiently. We currently ship across India. Please read the details below to understand our shipping procedures.
1. Order Processing Phase
Because our products are 3D printed to order, we pass through a dedicated manufacturing timeline before shipping.
- Production Time: The standard processing and printing time for an order is 1-2 days (48 hours). This time is required for slicing your file, queueing it on our printers, the actual printing duration, post-processing, and quality inspection.
- Large Orders: For unusually large orders or complex models requiring intricate post-processing, the processing timeline might be extended. We will notify you via email if your order is subject to a delay.
2. Shipping and Delivery Timelines
Once production is complete, your package is handed over to our courier partners.
- Estimated Delivery: After dispatch, delivery typically takes a maximum of max 5 days after shipping started.
- Total Expected Time: Your order should ideally reach you within 3 to 7 working days from the moment of purchase, depending on your location in India (urban vs. remote areas).
- Delays: Delivery delays occasionally occur due to public holidays, adverse weather conditions, or unexpected logistics disruptions. Yello Bello is not strictly liable for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Standard Rate: A standard shipping fee of ₹20 applies to most typical orders.
- Heavy/Volumetric Items: In the case of extremely large or heavy 3D printed items, additional volumetric shipping charges may apply. This will be communicated to you prior to fulfillment if it exceeds the standard rate.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can use this link to track the journey of your package.
5. Undeliverable and RTO (Return to Origin) Packages
If the courier attempts delivery multiple times but is unable to reach you, or if you provided an incorrect address during checkout, the package will be returned to us. In such "Return to Origin" cases:
- We will attempt to contact you to arrange for a re-shipment.
- You will be responsible for bearing the cost of the re-shipment fee before we dispatch the item again.
6. Damaged During Transit
Please inspect all packages upon delivery in the presence of the courier if possible. If you find your product is damaged:
- Save all packaging materials and damaged goods.
- Contact us within 48 hours at support@yellobello.com with photos of the outer box, inner packaging, and the damaged item.
- We will evaluate the claim and provide a replacement as swiftly as possible.
